  • Client has been experiencing rapid increase in customer needs and has been challenged to scale the current recruiting team to be able to fulfill these needs.
  • Sales force has been frustrated as recruiters have been time constrained and unable to find timely and good candidates in highly supply constrained market for technology skills.

Our Solution

  • We reviewed client challenges and proposed them our Recruiter on Demand services with “Two In a Box” model. A team of 4 virtual recruiters was deployed to partner with four client sales personnel. A client lead recruiter was assigned 30% of the time to oversee and train this team.
  • Client Recruiter team provided knowledge transfer to the offshore recruiting team on practices, tools and processes currently being used for staffing and recruitment.
  • Additional training was also provided to virtual recruiters depending on any gaps identified during the KT process.
  • Using various job portals like DICE, MONSTER, CareerBuilder, and Social Media platforms like LINKED-IN, FACEBOOK, TWITTER and niche boards, the virtual recruiters took over all the back-office work and also started posting job requisitions and conducting initial screening of the candidates.
