ValueOptim (India BackOffice KWJ) is currently hiring for Accounting Executive(s) for our BPO division. ValueOptim offers a comprehensive portfolio of services spans across business process and technology outsourcing for our clients in USA. Our services provide value to our client’s business through markedly improved operational performance while reducing costs and risks.

You would be supporting top executives and professionals from global clients and small and medium sized companies. You should assist them in their day-to-day simple to complex tasks depending on your role and nature of assignment. Your communication with clients will be through email, phone and chat. You are expected to be flexible to align with client needs which could mean that your assignment may require you to have a few hours of overlap every day with your assigned client’s time zone. Here is your job description:

  • Assists with Accounting and Bookkeeping activities.
  • Receives, Reviews and Posts data received in QuickBooks with high degree of precision
  • Performs Account and Bank Reconciliations
  • Receives and, when necessary, investigates client’s accounts payable invoices.
  • Codes payables for accounts payable and inputs.
  • Communicates (both in verbal and written form) with clients, client suppliers, vendors, and banking contacts as requested.
  • Handles client mail and provides timely responses.
  • Prepares appropriate schedules and reports as requested by clients and partners.
  • Receives, reviews, and posts statements.
  • Performs other duties as assigned from time to time by accountants or partners.
  • Works with Business Development team as requested to provide inputs to new proposals.

Education, Experience, and Skills Required:

  • Minimum of two years responsible accounting or bookkeeping experience including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger and financial reports.
  • Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism.
  • Ability to operate calculator, computer, and other general office equipment.
  • Knowledge of computerized accounting, but must be able to do a manual set of books.
  • Good Working knowledge of QuickBooks.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing, in English.
  • Must be able to keep client matters strictly confidential.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills.
  • Excellent online search and typing skills.
  • Quick Learner and Team Player.
