Job Title: Business and Technology Executive

ValueOptim (India BackOffice SDPL) is currently hiring for our BPO division in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The candidates are required to work with at least 4 hours overlapping with the USA work time zone. Flexibility is expected depending on the project and client needs. You start here and grow into a successful executive career over time.

• Provide Pre-Sales support by understanding client needs and provide BPO and ITO service estimations and proposals in consultation with ValueOptim management.
• Contributes to building marketing material (powerpoint slides, case studies etc…)
• Leads delivery on assigned projects and leverages resources required to deliver these projects in alignment with client needs.
• Collaborates, communicates, build relationships and trust with prospects and existing clients to generate additional requirements for company services.
• May act as the single point for client and taps into company back-end delivery resources. Provides light project management support as needed.
• Utilize best practices to effectively manage customer deliverable and resources.
• Keep knowledge documentation up to date – scan or enter data into central database, assigned applications, type fax and file documents and contracts as needed.

Required Skills:

• 6+ Months experience working for a BPO in an Outsourcing setting.
• Some background in BPO / Technology is required with some experience of working with US Clients.
• Outstanding follow-up, problem solving, time management and organizational skills
• Strong English Communication skills (Written & Verbal) with excellent Telephonic Etiquette.
• Must demonstrate learning agility and flexibility to learn new skills and capabilities.
• Street Smart, common sense, self-motivated, flexible and demonstrates team spirit
• Good basic computer skills – Outlook, MS Office, Internet and other domain expertise areas.
• Reliable work ethics with ability to multi-task
• Willing to work in US timings (own transportation).
