Job Information

Support the Source-to-Pay Buyer platform by promoting system utilization.
Interface with external clients and suppliers regarding Source-to-Pay catalog content and purchase requisitions submitted online. Review, amend and suggest alternative products for cost savings in the portfolio assigned. Support the procurement initiatives of Strategic Sourcing. Support execution of vendor contracts. Support sourcing for non-contract and non-standard items. Assist in resolving issues required to complete procurement transactions. Referee and assist in resolving issues between vendors and clients. Provide status and manage client expectations regarding orders. Work to improve Company’s purchasing process. Expedite orders on behalf of clients.

REQUIRED SKILLS
4-year college degree or equivalent work experience. Experience in purchasing, preferred. 0-2 years analytical experience. Experience with automated purchasing system, preferred.
