About the Role
We are building a modern, high‑speed recruiting practice in Jaipur that supports Captives across India. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and driving closures for tech and non‑tech roles.
You will work closely with the Practice Leader and use automation tools to increase your productivity and earning potential.
This role is perfect for someone who wants to grow fast, earn well through incentives, and work in a high‑ownership environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sourcing & Talent Identification
- Source candidates using various channels and AI tools
- Build strong pipelines for tech and non‑tech roles
- Build and Use automation workflows to scale sourcing
- Maintain high‑quality candidate databases in the ATS
2. Screening & Shortlisting
- Conduct initial phone screens
- Evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and culture fit
- Prepare candidate summaries for client submissions
- Ensure fast turnaround time on submissions
3. Interview Coordination
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Prepare candidates for interviews
- Manage feedback loops and follow‑ups
- Track interview progress in the ATS
4. Offer Management & Closures
- Support the Practice Leader in offer negotiations
- Ensure smooth candidate onboarding
- Maintain strong candidate relationships
5. Reporting & Process Excellence
- Maintain daily/weekly activity reports
- Track KPIs and performance metrics
- Follow structured workflows and SOPs
- Collaborate with the Ops/Automation team for efficiency
What You Bring
- 2–4 years of recruiting experience (tech or non‑tech)
- Experience with captive hiring is a plus
- Strong sourcing skills on LinkedIn & Naukri
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
- Comfort with automation tools
- Hunger to grow and earn lot of money through incentives
