ValueOptim (India BackOffice SDPL) is currently staffing for our recruitment and staffing division in Jaipur, Rajasthan. You start here and grow into a successful career of a Sales Leader over time. You will be responsible to generate new business through different channels for IT Staffing, Business Process Outsourcing and IT Outsourcing. Training to understand the market, services and channels will be provided by the company.

The position offers generous compensation plan (up to Rs. 14 Lacs per year on meeting targets with additional generous bonus based on company performance).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads via calling and social media channels.
  • Identify client decision makers, understand client needs and provide BPO and ITO service proposals in consultation with ValueOptim management.
  • Places bids on social media platforms for BPO and ITO projects as assigned by company. Supports local delivery mechanisms and resources required to deliver these projects in alignment with client needs.
  • Collaborates, communicates, build relationships and trust with prospects and existing clients to generate requirements and sales for company services. Acts as single point for client while interfacing with back-end delivery teams.
  • Utilize best practices to effectively manage customer deliverable and resources;
  • Build strong network of clients for bench placements, gain market intelligence, leverage existing talent pool for referrals and contacts.
  • Keep documentation up to date – scan or enter data into central database, assigned applications, type fax and file documents and contracts as needed.

Required Skills:

  • 6+ Months Sales / Business Development experience working in an IT Staffing or Outsourcing setting. Entry level candidates welcome to apply.
  • Some background in IT / Technology is required with some experience working with US Clients.
  • Outstanding follow-up, problem solving, time management and organizational skills
  • Strong English Communication skills (Written & Verbal) with excellent Telephonic Etiquette.
  • Street Smart, common sense, self-motivated, flexible and demonstrates team spirit
  • Good basic computer skills – Outlook, MS Office, Internet
  • Reliable work ethics with ability to multi-task
  • Willing to work in US timings (own transportation).
