Job Description: We are seeking a Salesforce Integration Specialist to design, develop, and maintain seamless integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems. This role involves working closely with architects and developers to ensure data flow and process continuity across platforms.
Salesforce Technologies Used:
- MuleSoft Anypoint Platform: Enterprise integration platform that connects Salesforce to external apps and data sources.
- Salesforce Connect / External Objects: Access real-time data from outside systems.
- Platform Events / Change Data Capture: Real-time data sync for event-driven architecture.
- Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Streaming, Bulk): Core to data movement and sync.
- Slack API & Integration Apps: To push integration notifications and errors.
- Heroku Connect: Sync Salesforce data with Postgres-based apps.
Outcome Driven: Enables automation, accurate reporting, and seamless customer experiences by connecting disparate systems.
