ValueOptim (India BackOffice SDPL) is currently staffing for our recruitment and staffing division in Jaipur, Rajasthan. You will be responsible to work in coordination with USA Sales and find suitable candidates for our IT Staffing needs for US clients. Brief Training to understand the market, services and channels will be provided by the company. Hands on; on the job training will be provided by the company.

The position offers generous compensation plan with additional generous bonus based on your performance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Leveraging your growing experience in US Recruitment Cycle; you will source technical professionals for contract, full time and project based positions.
  • You will demonstrate clear understanding of the US Staffing processes/ techniques (W2/Corp-to-Corp/ H1 Transfers) and various IT technologies
  • Uses Partner Network and Job Boards like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Hot jobs, Linked-in, Google, and Free Job Sites etc. to source IT candidates.
  • Sources, Screens, Interviews, and Evaluates top skilled candidates – matches candidate’s skills and coordinate interviews with qualified applicants in coordination with Sales team.
  • Reviews and formats resumes, qualify bench candidates and negotiates rates with network agencies.
  • Organizes emails, screened candidates, keeps track of availability and supports sales in timely / aggressive manner.

Required Skills:

  • 6+ Months Sales / Business Development/Technical Recruiting experience. Some background in IT / Technology is required.
  • Outstanding follow-up, problem solving, time management and organizational skills
  • Strong English Communication skills (Written & Verbal) with excellent Telephonic Etiquette.
  • Street Smart, common sense, self-motivated, flexible and demonstrates team spirit
  • Good basic computer skills – Outlook, MS Office, Sharepoint, Internet
  • Reliable work ethics with ability to multi-task
  • Proven ability to work in a deadline driven and dynamic environment.
